Frequently asked questions
What is CardMaps?
CardMaps helps collectors discover local card shops, card shows, and vendors. You can browse for free — sign in to save favorites, follow vendors, mark the shows you're attending, and message shops and vendors.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse shops, shows, and vendors as a guest. An account is only needed to save favorites, follow vendors, message, leave reviews, or run a pro profile.
How do I list my shop or become a vendor?
Open the Profile tab and choose "Become a vendor" or "List your shop." After a quick review and starting a subscription, your public profile goes live with a shareable link and QR code, reviews, messaging, and the ability to post where you'll be.
How does billing work?
Vendor and Shop subscriptions are handled through your Apple App Store account. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
How do I report a review, post, or message?
Tap the flag icon on any review or vendor post to report it, or press and hold a message in a conversation to report it. Our team reviews reports and removes content that violates our guidelines. We don't tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior.
How do I block someone?
Open the conversation, tap the menu (•••) in the top right, and choose "Block contact." Blocked contacts can no longer message you. You can unblock from the same menu.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account." This permanently removes your CardMaps account and signs you out. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings as well.
Why does CardMaps ask for my location?
Location is used to show shops, shows, and vendors near you. It's optional — you can browse without it and the app falls back to a default view. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Something isn't working.
Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store and have a working connection. If the problem continues, email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
